We are an all inclusive space, and everyone is welcome. We love being able to provide this special atmosphere for our guests & our team. Bad behaviour isn’t tolerated. Please be respectful of the people around you and our special space.

Everything we use and stock in the salon is 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free minus ONE product – Our MUK Keratin smoothing. This product contains a micro Keratin Technology derived from sheep wool, that mimics the Keratin found in human hair. All wool is ethically sourced & no animals are harmed in the process. This product still has a PETA approval and is 100% cruelty free.

All our appointments are available to be booked online 24/7 via the “online booking” page. If you are unsure of what you would like to book or what your hair needs, or if you are thinking of a complete change we highly recommend booking in a consultation in the lead up to your appointment to have a more in depth plan in place and cover all options.

Please arrive only 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are lost, or running late, please phone us on 08 61130558. Arriving late might mean your service is reduced, or that we cannot honor your appointment in the time left.

Please note that appointments must finish on time so as not to inconvenience our next clients, and full fees apply to shortened services.

If you have somewhere to be, let us know at the start of your appointment so we can tailor the service around your needs.

We absolutely do NOT cut corners or rush services & that’s why we always recommend to make the time for the allocated service timing.

We accept Eftpos, Amex, Afterpay & SVS Gift Vouchers. All online booking fees are processed VIA Paypal.

All payments need to be finalised on the day of the appointment before leaving the Salon.

TIMELINE OF CONFIRMATION:

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment or fees will apply.

When booking an appointment at STEVIE VINCENT STUDIOS it is your responsibility to keep your appointment.

However, as a reminder we have an automated system for confirmations.

We will send out an SMS 72 hours before your appointment as a reminder for you to confirm. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we will make efforts to get in contact with you to confirm. If there is no confirmation prior to 24 hours of your allocated appointment time, you will have your appointment cancelled as a late cancellation.

CANCELLATION FEE:

Please note 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations or any changes to the appointment, otherwise minimum of 30% of the total treatment price will be charged.


 We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the cost of the appointment if there is no show or adequate notice is not given for all bookings. 

There will be charge of 30% for any last minute changes to the appointment minimum of 50% charge for late cancellation and up to 100% charge for a no show.


Booking in person or over the phone:

A higher Value Reservation Deposit is required for some appointments. Credit card details may be taken to secure the bookings for services over $100.


Reservation Deposit is non refundable but will be fully redeemed against the treatment price. In case of No Show or Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours prior scheduled booking) Reservation Deposit will be lost. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment before the Notice Period ends, Reservation Deposit will remain in our system and will be used towards your next appointment.


This policy covers the cost of lost time, income & wages for our team so they are looked after.

 
We understand things come up from  time to time, however our policy is applicable to everyone.
 
Rescheduling will be subject to next available appointment.

Well, A VIVID colour to us is a super vibrant result that is created using one or various shades of “Direct Dye.”

How this differs from traditional hair colouring is that these shades are not mixed with any developer so they need to be put on a very light shade of hair to get the vibrancy. This means to have a vivid service your hair will likely require lightening & removal of the natural pigment. Pastel shades are ONLY effective on hair that is an extremely pale to white blonde, and fade much faster due to the lesser amounts of vibrant pigment.

The results with these colours vary. It comes down to a lot of factors including lifestyle, haircare, the condition of your hair and colour choice.

Brighter shades last between 5-20+ washes.

Pastel shades last between 2-10 washes.

These colours fade with every single wash – However to get the most out of them we recommend:

  • Reduce excessive heat – No hot tools over 180 degrees
  • Maximise time between washes with a dry shampoo
  • Use recommended home care – This means an amazing shampoo & conditioner &thermal protector when blow drying and styling.
  • The sun and salt water fade your hair – and a chlorine pool is a big risk. Avoid where you can.
  • Invest in some darker towels. These colours can transfer onto your skin and bathroom.
  • Wash in cold water – Unless you’re trying to fade your colour faster.

On top of our list price every appointment at our salon has an additional $2 green fee.
